(Verse 1)
The breeze no longer belongs to me
In the shallows I lost my heart
Creeped out of my skin and seeds
The speaking tree rooted itself in me
And it spoke
It said to me
(Verse 2)
The sweetest scents only smell for you
The soft ground holds things long gone
The moon it cradles your face so close
In crystal conversation with the sun
And it spoke
It said to me
(Verse 3)
Darling I must let you go
And fall back to sleep
Back into the roots you know
Entangling in me

The new EP from the trio of Lake Mary, Drew Danburry, & zweiton boasts six gorgeous, expressive songs that build to moving finales. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 13, 2021
The title track pulled me into Slow Crush's orbit, but Tremble held me there - alongside Lull from the Hush LP and the whole of Seasurfer's Dive In, it can send me into an altered state of consciousness. The album vibrates with hints and nudges, from Slowdive twangs to a Corgan-esque chord shift, but Slow Crush are their own sound - thick, dark melodic, etherealistic soundscapes with Isa Holliday's vocals both binding the music and rising above it. One of the best bands in years. sentientpoet
